Qualifications needed by the business to get the formality	1. The EIA shall be prepared in accordance with the Writing Guideline for EIA and ESMMP and shall ensure public involvement as required under the relevant laws and regulations. 2. EIA shall be prepared by the environmental service provider who gets the license from the Ministry of Natural Resouces and Environment pursuant to the laws and regulations.
