Adequate location, storage facilities, transport vehicles and equipment for carrying out various activities and suitable for the business; 4. Have a clear and viable business plan. |

1. If operating the business without permission, the applicant will be fined LAK10,000,000; 2. The applicant will be fined LAK5,000,000 if they use, rent or transfer someone else's license. 3.The applicant will be fined LAK1,000,000 if they did not renew the license within 30 days after the license's date of expiry. |
