What is the process and conditions to renew the formality? | Article 73. A mining license is valid for not more than 20 years, and it can be renewed every 10 years. The validity of the mining license includes the monitoring period after the closure of the mine. The conditions for applying for a mining license renewal are as follows: 1. An application must be submitted 12 months before the mining license is expired; 2. Fully fulfilled financial obligations and other obligations under the law; 3. Comply with the approved mining plan; 4. Have a continual plan to extend the project; 5. Negotiate the contract terms if necessary. |
