Who should complete this business formality?	Any individual, legal entity, or both national and international organizations that Any individual, legal entity, national or international organization operating businesses including services, import, and sale of all kinds of fuel dispensers in Lao PDR. They shall have the certificate of registration as well as the certificate of inspection issued by the Department of Standardization and Measurement before the operation.
Qualifications needed by the business to get the formality	The applicant shall be any individual, legal entity, national, or international organization that acquires the business operating license in accordance with the laws of Lao PDR.
Additional Comment	- the Department of Standardization and Measurement is responsible for the inspection and the issuance of the certificate of registration of fuel dispensers at the gas storage. - The Provincial Department of Science and Technology is responsible for the inspection and the registration certificate of fuel dispensers at the gas station within the scope and rights of the department itself.
