Who should complete this business formality?	The fuel operators intending to produce, import, export, process, and sell all types of fuel in Lao PDR.
Qualifications needed by the business to get the formality	The fuel that will be inspected and certified shall have chemical and physical qualifications in complication with the national Standards endorsed and declared by the committee for national standards.
Additional Comment	The fuel containers used for each type of fuel must have a label and sign on the outside. In addition, the contents of the label must be in Lao.
