Qualifications needed by the business to get the formality	1. The land needed to be cleared shall lie in the designated area aiming at the devastating area as the forest management and forest area arranged for. 2. The selection of tree varieties shall be determined on climate conditions and the local demand; 3. The applicant shall obtain the (Timber) Business Operating License from the Department of Agriculture and Forestry of Vientiane Capital.
Additional Comment	- The area needs to be inspected and surveyed by the technical officers at the district level together with the Department of Agriculture and Forestry of Vientiane Capital in order to collect data and approve the permit each time.
