Who should complete this business formality?	Any person or legal entity that intends to operate a performing arts business that includes singing, local folk song, traditional music, traditional dancing, acrobats, plays and knowledge, skills in every performing arts.
Qualifications needed by the business to get the formality	For each event management, the content that will be disseminated through each event shall be assured of the content that it will be in strict compliance with the relevant laws and will not prejudice a good culture or norm of Lao PDR; and in each event, the host shall ensure a good plan, capital, equipment and personnel sufficient to manage such event properly.
Additional Comment	Any terms or conditions that are inconsistent with the Law on Performing Arts are invalid.
