The format of the enterprise seal is defined in the Decree on Seals No.322/GOV, Article 2, Clause 2 3. The Enterprise seal shall be affixed with blue ink; 4. The content of the enterprise seal is defined n the Decree on Seals No.322/GOV, Article 10 3. The affixation of the enterprise seal shall comply with the laws and regulations. Make sure the affixation is clearly visible. The affixation of the enterprise seal shall cover 1/3 of the signature on the left-hand side and the seal shall be affixed after the signature.
