- Having a minimum of registered capital for one billion LAK and a cash deposit account in the bank for five hundred million LAK or more. - Born as a Lao national and holds at least 51% of the registered capital in the case of a joint venture. - The CEO or chairman of the board of directors shall be a Lao national born. - Having an office location and accommodation for security guards. If there is a training center, there shall be more than 200 security guards. - Having a radio communication center registered with the related agencies. - Having service vehicles such as transport for security guards, patrol car, and safety equipment for security guards. |
