Inventory of Business Licenses

Individuals or legal entities, both domestic and foreign, who intend to operate in such activities.

1. A business application form according to the department's format (1 copy);
2. A copy of the restaurant business registration certificate (1 copy);
3. A copy of the business registration application (1 set);
4. A copy of the internal regulations of the business (1 set);
5. Photos of the business owner (3x4 cm, 2 copies).

The process for obtaining a license to establish and operate a restaurant business is overseen by the Department of Information, Culture, and Tourism.

Local Level: The Information, Culture, and Tourism Office at the district/city level is responsible for business units with a registered capital of less than 50,000 USD, including small-scale restaurant businesses for which the state does not specify a minimum registered capital.
Provincial Level: The Provincial/Capital Department of Information, Culture, and Tourism is responsible for restaurant business units with a registered capital between 50,000 USD and less than 100,000 USD.
Central Level: The Department of Tourism Business Management is responsible for researching, considering, approving, and licensing the operation and continuation of business for restaurant units with a registered capital of 100,000 USD and above.
