Who should complete this business formality?	Individuals or legal entities that intend to export medical pharmacognosy must obtain permission to excavate the area to construct a hydropower plant, transmission path, and transmission line from the Government only. In a special case for a company or factory that requests to export a seasonal fruit species that are not harvesting to extinction which is supervised by the Ministry of Health for example Malva nut, the MoH will approve the export.
