Who should complete this business formality?	Any individual or legal entity that intends to invest the controlled business that has an impact on national security, social peace, and glorious national tradition and environment, society, and nature as defined in the List of Controlled Business announced by the Government.
Qualifications needed by the business to get the formality	The applicant shall comply with all the qualifications and meet all the requirements defined specifically for each type of business in the Controlled List.
Additional Comment	The license for investment shall be issued at the same time as the issuance of the Enterprise Registration Certificate.

After receiving approval comments from the related agencies, the Single Window Service shall submit it to the Committee for Promotion and Management of Investment in order to consider it within 10 working days. 3. After having comments from the committee, the license for investment and the business registration certificate shall be issued within 5 working days.
