Individuals, legal entities and organizations, both domestic and foreign, who intend to conduct business in the fine arts, shops, theaters, production and distribution of art products, galleries, art museums, art training centers, art institutes or art schools must apply for the license from the relevant authorities. |

Pursuant to Decree on Fine Arts 217/Gov, applicants must meet the following conditions: 1. Submit an application form stating their purposes and objectives and feasibility study; 2. Have facilities and technical equipment to ensure the operation of their work; 3. Have qualified, knowledgeable and experienced personnel in the field of fine arts; 4. Obtained the technical permission from the Information, Culture and Tourism sector. |
