| Qualifications needed by the business to get the formality |
1. The lease or concession of the state land for specific purposes shall be determined by permitting the leased area by not exceeding the areas defined for those purposes i.e. industrial factories, industrial zone, agricultural operations, and mining operations). 2. In case the leased area overlaps with the areas owned by others, the leaseholder shall pay fair compensation to them; 3. The applicant shall submit the feasibility study, the environmental and social impact assessment, and get the approval from the relevant lined agencies; and shall obtain the investment license to operate such business that the leaseholder applied such lease for. |

The applicant shall pay it as defined in the lease or concession agreement in accordance with the rates defined in the Ordinance of the president, No. 002/PO. - Fees for a lease or concession of state land shall be collected in accordance with the Edict of the President on the Fee for a Lease or Concession of State Land, No. 002/PO, dated 18 November 2009. - Fees for the permit of using state land shall be collected in accordance with the Ordinance of the President No. 003/PO, dated 26 December 2012. |
