Qualifications needed by the business to get the formality |
1. The lease or concession of the state land for specific purposes shall be determined by permitting the leased area by not exceeding the areas defined for those purposes i.e. industrial factories, industrial zone, agricultural operations, and mining operations). 2. In case the leased area overlaps with the areas owned by others, the leaseholder shall pay fair compensation to them; 3. The applicant shall submit the feasibility study, the environmental and social impact assessment, and get the approval from the relevant lined agencies; and shall obtain the investment license to operate such business that the leaseholder applied such lease for. |
