Who should complete this business formality?	Any individual, legal entity, and organization who has registered forest plantation, agricultural-forest business operating license, and intends to register chainsaws in order to use them for such business. However, only chainsaws operated by fuel can be registered (not including hand-chainsaws or electrical chainsaws).
Qualifications needed by the business to get the formality	The applicant shall have an agricultural-forest business operating license for forest plantation and woodcutting; the factories that need chainsaws for cutting and sawing woods.
Additional Comment	Registered chainsaws can be used only in Vientiane Capital. When using or moving it, they need to carry a chainsaw registration with them all the time to make it easy for the forest authorities to monitor it.
