Having a aircraft personnel and aviation technical staff with knowledge, skills and experience appropriate and suitable for the size of the business; 3. Complying with the conditions set forth in the international agreement or treaty signed or entered into by Lao PDR; 4. Shall have all the required qualifications and specifications as defined under Part 9 of Lao Civil Aviation regulation dated 01/05/2014.
