1. Department of Livestock and Fishery shall consider and approve the formality for animal farms invested by the foreigners, or joint invested by public and private sectors aiming for the improvement, production, and sales of the animal breeds; 2. The Provincial (Vientiane Capital) Department of Agriculture and Forestry shall consider and approve the license for the local and medium-scale farm; 3. The District Office of Livestock and Fishery shall consider and approve the license for the small-scale farm. |
