Any individual, legal entity, both local and international organization intending to operate a business on import and export land vehicles. |

| Qualifications needed by the business to get the formality |
In order to import the vehicles, the business has to follow: Article 12: The Business Registration Certificate for Business on Import and Export Land Vehicles Any individual, legal entity, both local and international organizations intending to operate a business on import and export land vehicles shall have a business registration certificate (according to the Law on Enterprise and other relevant legal frameworks). The registered capital of enterprise on import and export vehicles are: 1. More than 4 billion LAK for vehicles with 2 or 3 wheels; 2. More than 50 billion LAK for vehicles with 4 wheels and more. Article 13: the Business Operating License on Import and Export Land Vehicles After receiving the business registration certificate and before operating the business, the business operating license on import and export land vehicles shall be granted in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. In order to apply for the license, all required documents shall be submitted. |
