| Who should complete this business formality? |
Individual, legal entities or organisations both domestic and foreign that wish to import all types of satellite communications equipment must acquire permitted license from the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. Except for Direct-to-Home (DTH) satellite television, which shall be approved by Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism. |

| Qualifications needed by the business to get the formality |
import business operators that require a certificate on ICT devices import must meet the following conditions: 1. Obtain the rights to provide satellite communications services (for foreign satellites). 2. have details information about the devices 3. Have import plan, quotation, packaging list, quantity, price, certificate of product origin, a standard certificate from factory, destination and date; 4. In the case of equipment requiring technical inspection, clear details of the devices and/or the actual devices must be present in order to inspect the device standard as specified in Article 12 of this Decision. 5. Prepare a set of complete and accurate documents as specified in the Annex. |
