| Who should complete this business formality? |
- Legal entities intending to conduct the business of providing services related to the mining business must submit an application for the establishment of an enterprise in accordance with the Law on Enterprises and the Law on Investment Promotion (in accordance with Article 41 of the revised Law on Mines, paragraph 2). - For those who have obtained a mining license under the concession agreement, will automatically receive a license to trade minerals and mineral products according to their request. (Article 5, Decision on Trade of Minerals and Mineral Products, No. 0481/MOEM, dated 20 April 2012) |

1. Be a legal entity 2. Have an investment license (in the case of controlled business activity such as mining consultancy services and mining processing factory without a concession area) 3. Have a financial status of at least 30 percent of the registered capital 4. Have at least 3 technical staff with at least 5 years of experience 5. Have a mineral purchase agreement with the concession owner (in case of applying for a mineral trading license) 6. Have a sales contract (in case of applying for a mineral trading license) 7.
