Inventory of Business Licenses

Legal entities that wish to apply for a business license in the aforementioned fields must meet the following conditions:
1. Have legal entity status in accordance with the law;
2. Have registered capital of at least 200 million LAK (Lao Kip);
3. Submit complete documentation as specified in Article 20 of this agreement;
4. Have an established office location.

The documents required for submitting a business license application are as follows:
1. A business license application form as prescribed by the Department of Business Management under the Ministry of Information, Culture, and Tourism (one copy);
2. A copy of the business registration certificate and the set of application forms submitted for business registration;
3. Photographs of the business owner, size 3x4 cm with a white background (two copies).

The approval for establishing and operating a health promotion service business is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Information, Culture, and Tourism (DICT).

• Division of Responsibilities:
- City/District Information, Culture, and Tourism Office: Responsible for reviewing, considering, and approving the operation and continuation of business for each type with a registered capital of 200 million Kip up to less than 300 million Kip.
- Provincial/Capital Information, Culture, and Tourism Department: Responsible for reviewing, considering, and approving the operation and continuation of business for each type with a registered capital of more than 300 million Kip up to less than 500 million Kip.
- Tourism Business Management Department: Responsible for reviewing, considering, and approving the operation and continuation of health promotion service businesses of each type with a registered capital of 500 million Kip and above.
