Qualifications needed by the business to get the formality

Applicants wishing to apply for a signage business license must have a location (office location), a feasibility study, vehicles, technical equipment, capital to ensure their operation, and must have personnel with signage skills, ethics and qualifications as required by the Law on Signage.

1. The issuance of business licenses on signs with business operations in two or more provinces throughout the country is administered by the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism.
2. Signage business operation in the level of provincial, capital shall apply to the provincial/capital's Department of Information, Culture and Tourism;
3. Signage business operation at the district level shall apply to the municipal's District bureau of Information, Culture and Tourism.
Signage business activities of enterprises or companies that operate in two or more provinces throughout the country are approved by the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism. The provincial, capital signage business shall be submitted to the Department of Information, Culture and Tourism. Operating signage business at the district level shall apply to the District Bureau of Information, Culture and Tourism.
- For the installation of signage, applicant shall apply to the Public works and transportation sector in accordance with each supervision level.
